Order a glass of wine from the impeccably curated wine list paired with culinary bites from Michelin-awarded chef Drew Bent and his in-house barbecue restaurant, Papalito. Inspired by the Sonoran border barbecue food of Northern Mexico, Papalito offers a nice selection of slow, smoked meats and sandwiches. Try out something from the "not sandwiches" section of the menu such as the Smoked Tomato Toast or the Vegetarian Cheese Crisp.
