Mavericks Beach Club is hosting a PAWloween Party on Wednesday, October 26th from 5pm - 10pm! Not only will there be a doggy costume contest, but there will also be toys and treats for all the pups who stop by. The PB hotspot even has a special Mutt Menu, where furry friends can enjoy bites like grilled chicken breast with white rice – yum!

Get ready to be horrified because Mavericks Beach Club will be kicking off the spookiest holiday of the year with a Horror Story: Halloween Party. On Saturday, October 29th from 10am - 2am, the beach bar found along Garnet will be celebrating with a twist on the hit show American Horror Story, where each bar is themed like a different AHS season. From the Asylum to Freak Show, be prepared for DJs and scary drink specials, along with contortionists, acrobats, scary acts, and plenty of more entertainment from 8pm - 11pm.

barleymash is ready to put on a show for Halloween this year! The Gaslamp hotspot is getting spooky with fun drink specials, like Dracula, made with Teremana Blanco, tamarind, lime, and black salt, or Nightmare on Elm, a concoction created with Teremana Repo, Creme de Cassis, lime, and ginger beer. And don’t forget about the deliciously frightening food special, The Hellraiser. Carne asada, jalapeƱos, pepper jack beer cheese, habanero jelly and roasted serrano cream cheese all served on a plate of tater tots. Be sure to stop by, on Halloween only, for other show-stopping drink specials and more spooky surprises!

La Mesa’s Smokey & The Brisket is inviting families to celebrate Halloween with a spooky deal that can’t be beat! On Saturday, October 29th and Sunday, October 30th, the barbecue joint will be offering Kids Eat Free for lunch and dinner. One adult meal must be purchased to receive 1 free little rider meal, which includes Pulled Pork Sandwich, Brisket Sandwich, Chicken Tenders, or Kid’s Cheeseburger, all served with a side of fries. Adults can select from salads, sandwiches and burgers, smoker specialties, rotisserie chicken plates, tex mex dishes, along with flatbreads and pizzas.

Miss B’s Coconut Club is hosting a Halloween Paint Night on October 30th at 6:00pm. Guests will join Miss B’s for a night of sipping and painting while the Halloween classic, Hocus Pocus, plays on the screens throughout the restaurant. Indulge in $6 daquiris and glasses of wine as artist and former member of the Miss B’s team, Brittany Trychta, guides guests in painting their own spooky masterpiece. Miss B’s Coconut Club has served Caribbean-inspired cuisine and extravagant cocktails to Mission Beach for over five years now and has captured the hearts of locals along the way. Located just steps from the beach, Miss B’s creates an allure that keeps guests coming back for more. Nothing would be scarier than skipping out on a night at Miss B’s filled with painting, drinking, and a Halloween flick with friends! Ghouls, goblins and witches of San Diego, unite! The Westgate Hotel is putting a wicked twist on its renowned Afternoon Tea experience this Halloween weekend. On Oct. 28, 29 and 30, from 1-3:30 pm., come dressed in your most bewitching costume and celebrate spooky season in the downtown San Diego hotel’s Le Fontainebleau Room. The deliciously magical afternoon includes a tower of house-made Halloween pastries, savory tea sandwitches, a selection of gourmet teas and a host of spellbinding treats. Tea for the 21+ crowd includes a glass of boo-zy bubbles while kids will receive a take-home surprise. The cash-only Imperial Bar will also be open and serving specialty spooky cocktails for guests.
