The dining experience will feature an eclectic take on some of Chef Morimoto’s favorite Asian flavors, plus a diverse selection of beer, wine, whiskey, and sake.

“I’m thrilled to bring my Morimoto Asia concept to Napa this November,” said Iron Chef Morimoto. “The dishes at Morimoto Asia Napa will showcase my travels, and I can’t wait to bring a little slice of Asia to Napa.”

At Morimoto Asia Napa, upscale dining is of its utmost importance. The menu will feature a variety of hot and cold appetizers, salads, soups, and dimsum, as well as signature dishes, including Szechuan mapo tofu, orange chicken and black pepper steak. The beverage menu will offer signature cocktails, sake flights, wine, and draft beer.
