Mendocino Farms New Limited-Time Menu

Mendocino Farms is meeting San Diegans’ continued desires for comfort food with a global or signature twist, rolling out a new limited-time menu lineup today, January 17.  

What’s new on the menu? 

A riff on the classic Italian American dish, the Chicken Parm Dip sandwich features shaved, roasted chicken breast, Mendo’s krispies, fresh mozzarella, Grana Padano cheese, pomodoro sauce, Italian basil and Calabrian chili aioli on a toasted sesame roll. All served with a side of pomodoro sauce. 

An iteration of the classic French salad, the Countryside Cobb takes fresh romaine and baby spinach, red onions, crispy bacon, roasted asparagus, roasted green onion, pickled peppadew peppers, grated Gruyere cheese and grated boiled egg. Mendo krispies and a mustard-shallot vinaigrette top off this craveable dish. 

From January 31 through February 10,  My Mendo members  will have the opportunity to order a Countryside Cobb for only $8 online or through the Mendocino Farms App. 

New sides like Beets & Farro, Spicy Dijon Potato Salad, Creamy Potato Leek Soup and Vegan Chili are also now available. 

Why it matters? 

According to the National Restaurant Association’s Culinary Forecast, consumers are wanting to expand their palates with familiar dishes infused with unique, sophisticated flavors, and Mendocino Farms is putting its fine dining influence on well-known menu items.
