San Diego Restaurant Week Specials

As any foodie in San Diego knows, Restaurant Week is one of the best times of year to explore the culinary scene and find your new favorite restaurant at a lower price. We have a few suggestions for your readers of some hotspots with irresistible deals and even more irresistible food, drinks, and ambiance from March 26 to April 2.

Smokey & The Brisket brings finger-licking barbecue to La Mesa, with delicious grub and an arcade for family-friendly competition after dinner. During San Diego Restaurant Week, they will feature an exclusive menu that allows guests three courses for $45 per person and an option to add on a glass of wine or beer for just $5. For your first course, choose between Brisket Burnt Ends & Jalapeno Mac n Cheese and Loaded Fries. Your second course is where their in-house smoked meats truly shine; choose between Prime Brisket, Half Rack of Spare Ribs, Half Bone-In Smoked Chicken, and Smoked Salmon, with two sides including a choice between Mac n Cheese, Baked Cornbread, Mashed Potatoes, House Fries, Creamy Corn, Cowboy Caviar, Homemade Coleslaw, Burnt Carrots & Cauliflower, Brussels Sprouts, BBQ Beans, and Potato Salad. For dessert, top off your engine with a Caramel Churro or Bread Pudding. 

Farmer’s Bottega puts an emphasis on all-things-organic. Owner Chef Alberto Morreale runs the restaurant on the motto that “Food doesn’t need to be complicated, but it’s important to know where it comes from.” Priced at $50 per person, dinner guests will enjoy three courses of farm-to-table cuisine. For your first course, taste fan-favorites like House Meatballs, Clam Chowder, and Bottega Salad. The second course features options like Mary’s Farm Free Range Chicken, Short Rib, and Fennel Sausage Cavatelli. Dessert features a choice between Bread Pudding, Chocolate Cake, and Mexican Flan. Whether dining in their farmhouse inspired indoor area or their intimate back patio, Farmer’s Bottega is sure to impress this Restaurant Week. 

The Seventh House landed on Univeristy Avenue at the end of last year and already has a reputation for serving up dinner with a side of divination, offering brunch-time champagne showers and nightly tarot card readings. For $55 per person, enjoy three courses in their mystic indoor dining room. The first course includes options like Oyster Mushrooms, Octopus Carpaccio, and Quinoa Salad. Then, choose from second course options including Lamb Lollipops, Duck Gnocchi, Black Ink Linguine Parpadelle, and Chicken Tomahawk. For dessert, indulge your sweet tooth with Tiramisu, Three Cheese Cheesecake, or a specialty Chef Selection.  

Georges At The Cove, best known for breathtaking La Jolla coastline views and award-winning food from Executive Chef Masa Kojima, will offer both lunch and dinner options during San Diego Restaurant Week. Lunch starts at $25 per person with the choice of an appetizer and entrée, or an entrée and dessert. Enjoy menu items like Smoked Salmon Tartare, Local Rock Fish Tacos, and Vanilla Bean Crème Brulee. At $60 per person, dinner includes an appetizer, entrée, and dessert, bringing guests more diverse dining options like Sweet Potato Gnocchi, Yuzu Pepper Half Chicken, and Swordfish.
