Fisher’s in San Diego’s Little Italy offers a coastal and inviting design, with a modern decor that is all handcrafted in Mexico. The expansive restaurant occupies 8700 square feet, complete with a spacious outdoor patio, in the former Roma Urban Market location at 555 W. Beech Street.

Diners can expect the same level of commitment to quality and freshness that has made the brand so successful, offering an “avant garde” Mexican seafood style of cuisine that is sure to please. The flavors and ingredients in our innovative cuisine is 100% Mexican," says Executive chef and Managing Partner Nino Franco.

The menu features a first-rate oyster bar, seafood bar, and a wide selection of fresh high quality shellfish. The seafood is processed directly through Fisher’s own production plant and packed and certified before shipping. The company also uses their own transport network to ensure the seafood arrives at the restaurant in perfect condition.

Spicy Tuna Tostadas

Franco's favorite dishes are the Shrimp Tacos (best seller), Spicy Tuna Tostadas, Smoked Tuna Cochinita Tacos, Seafood Soup, and Rock Spicy Shrimp. In addition, the Simons Sauce is made with more than twenty ingredients.

The menu is consistent with every Fisher's Mexico location, and since opening three months ago, Franco says he's added twenty new dishes to pair with the initial Fisher’s menu. Adding his gifted touch to every dish Franco says "It’s not your typical Mexican seafood, but a contemporary way of preparing it."
