Healthy Dining Options at NOVO
The new menu items:
*Summer Wrap (golden wheat tortilla filled with classic hummus, chopped kale, red onions, Persian cucumbers, and tomatoes with protein choices of carne asada, spicy shrimp, or chicken breast)
*Greek Bowl (basmati rice, Israeli couscous salad, red onions, pico de gallo, classic hummus, and kalamata olives with protein choices of carne asada, spicy shrimp, or chicken breast)
*Ensenada Plate (6-oz grilled mahi-mahi marinated with teriyaki sauce and served with a vegetable medley and basmati rice)
*El Pescador Sandwich (6-oz grilled mahi-mahi marinated with teriyaki sauce, green leaf lettuce, tomatoes, and tartar sauce on ciabatta bread)
If you’re still looking to indulge, NOVO has everything you need from chicken wings to burgers to mozzarella sticks to carne asada fries and nachos. Brazilian favorites include picanha, empanadas, and yucca fries. The full menu can be viewed here.
There also is a kids menu, which includes mac ‘n cheese, nuggets with fries, cheeseburger with house-made patty and fries, and a cheese quesadilla.
NOVO’s Otay Ranch Mall location is 12,000 square feet and features a 22-foot-wide LED screen and three 14-foot-wide LED screens – all for watching Padres games or other sporting events. The Imperial Beach location, meanwhile, sits right on the southern edge of San Diego Bay with the Coronado Bridge and the downtown skyline in the distance.
NOVO is scheduled to open its newest location in Westfield Mission Valley in the fall.
