Spring has Sprung at George's at The Cove
Georges at the Cove, which features the iconic Ocean Terrace rooftop overlooking La Jolla Cove, has rolled out new entrées for its spring menu from Executive Chef Masa Kojima.
Bone-in Alaskan Halibut with English Peas, Roasted Fennel,
Meyer Lemon, and Green Garlic Sauce
Shrimp Fra Diavolo with linguini, Calabrian Chili, and Herbed Breadcrumbs
Poblano Spaghetti with Charred Peppers, Cilantro, Corn, and Cotija Cheese
Other new items include Seared Rare Local Yellowtail with choys, eggplant miso purée, and hon shimeji vinaigrette, Smashed Cucumber Salad with pickled onions, pine nut chili crisp, and Charred California Squid with nduja, leeks, Rancho Gordo beans, preserved lemon.
Ocean Terrace, along with the indoor but open-air Level2, opens at 11:00 a.m. Reservations can be made at here. Georges is located at 1250 Prospect Street with valet parking right in front of the restaurant.
