Paso Robles Wine Dinner

Vino Carta, the sip-and-shop wine bar and store in Solana Beach, is hosting a Wine Dinner with Paso Robles’s Tablas Creek Vineyard and the in-house kitchen team of Long Story Short  on June 8th from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. 

The a la carte menu, which features lamb that was born and raised on the Tablas Creek property, includes lamb tartare, rigatoni with lamb ragu, roasted lamb saddle or chops, Chino Farms summer squash, and miso roasted black cod. 

Five Tablas Creek wines will be available for pairings by the glass: 2022 Patelin Blanc, 2021 Roussanne, 2022 Patelin Rosé, 2020 Grenache Noir, and 2021 Cote de Tablas Rouge. A flight of all five (3-oz pours) will be available as well. Tablas Creek National Sales Manager Darren Delmore will be on hand to discuss the wine that comes from its Regenerative Organic Certified™ estate vineyard.
