Whiskey Dinner in Del Mar

Experience a culinary journey at Glass Box Del Mar as Owner and Executive Chef, Ethan Yang hosts a Whiskey Dinner with Westward Whiskey on July 3rd at 6pm. The ticket is priced at $75 per person and includes five courses and dessert presented by Chef Ethan Yang each paired with a tasting of whiskey from Westward Whiskey.  

Each dish and whiskey pairing has been thoughtfully crafted to showcase the artistry and skill of Ethan Yang and Westward Whiskey. This five course pairing includes food items such as Thai Salmon Crudo, Smoked Aji, Nigiri Flight, Robata Surf and Turf, Chicken Katsu Curry and Chocolate Cake for dessert. The whiskey pairings include Whiskey Peach Tea, Shiso Ginger Julep, Yuzu Whiskey Smash, Wagyu Washed Old Fashioned, Turmeric Whiskey Sour, Bananas Foster Manhattan.
