Grab and Go Italian Lunch Specials

Giaola Italian Kitchen in Carlsbad’s Bressi Ranch has introduced grab-and-go lunch specials, available Monday – Friday from 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m. All six selections are $15, and they include a choice of side salad or cup of soup, as well as a fountain drink. Orders are always ready within 10 minutes. 

The options from Executive Chef Amy DiBiase:

Meatball Panini – marinara, mozzarella

Italian Cold Cut Panini – soppressata, pepperoni, garlic aioli, Calabrian chili spread, pepperoncini, roasted peppers, provolone

Eggplant Caponata Panini – roasted eggplant, tomato, mozzarella

Chicken Cesar Salad – grilled Jidori chicken, pecorino, little gem lettuce, torn crouton, garlic Cesar dressing

Lasagna – seasoned beef, egg, ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, marinara

Caprese Calzone – red sauce, mozzarella, tomato, basil, chili flakes
