Bottlecraft Little Italy, the beer shop and tasting room with hard-to-find beers from around the world, has started food service in the form of a collaboration with next door neighbor RakiRaki Ramen.

The ghost kitchen concept from RakiRaki has exclusive menu items made for patrons of Bottlecraft. The new Bottlecraft Snack Menu features the following:

Fried chicken sliders – crispy chicken with pickled red onion, cilantro and chimichurri on a warm pretzel bun ($12)

Pork belly sliders – fried pork belly glazed in rib sauce with creamy goma slaw on a warm pretzel bun ($12)

Pork & chive potstickers – crispy pork potstickers (3 pieces) with a side of ponzu sauce ($8)

Crispy chicken nuggets – crispy chicken bites (3 pieces) with a side of spicy mayo and ponzu ($8)

Brussels sprouts – crispy brussels sprouts tossed in a house gravy, topped with sweet wasabi aioli, garnished with chili threads ($8)

Garlic edamame – sizzled garlic edamame with Japanese red pepper ($8)

French fries – tossed with sea salt or a spicy chili pepper mix, served with a vegetarian aioli ($6)

RakiRaki was founded in 2012 by Tokyo native Junya Watanabe, who came to the United States as a teen and pursued his education at UCLA where he received a Master’s degree in Economics.

Bottlecraft Little Italy is the original location for the Southern California concept. There are 24 beers on tap and hundreds of bottles available to drink in or take to go. Wine, cider, and kombucha are also available on draft and in bottles to go.

Don’t forget, every Tuesday during the summer from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. is TAPpy Hour with 10% of all draft pours being donated to The Animal Pad, a non-profit, all-breed dog rescue.

Bottlecraft, which is dog friendly, is open daily at 12:00 noon. Closing time is 10:00 p.m. Sunday – Thursday and 12:00 midnight Friday and Saturday. It’s located at 2252 India Street.
