New Brunch Options at The Whiskey House

The Whiskey House, which holds the Guinness World Record for most varieties of whiskey/whiskey commercially available, has introduced brunch service on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. 

Choose from an array of selections, including pancakes, waffles, French toast, breakfast sandwiches, burritos, burgers, steak and eggs, and Mexican dishes like chilaquiles, huevos rancheros, and breakfast enchiladas.

Favorites include Banana Peanut Butter Caramel French Toast made with brioche; Egg, Basil, Tomato, and Fresh Mozzarella Breakfast Sandwich on sourdough or multigrain toast; and Chorizo Burger. Guests with vegan diets are accommodated with several dishes, including tofu enchiladas (with soyrizo option), tofu burrito, and chocolate chip pancakes.

The drink menu includes not only the record-setting whiskey selection, but craft beer on draft, wine, and several shaken craft cocktails like the Bee’s Knees (Irish Rosé Gin, Vanilla Honey, Lemon), Freddie Mercury (Old Overholt, Hazy IPA, Aperol, Orgeat, Lemon, Angostura Bitters), and Leaving Tijuana (blanco tequila, honey, lime, pinch of salt).

The Whiskey House is located in downtown San Diego at 420 Third Avenue. In addition to street parking, ABM Parking’s BOSA Island Lot is one block away at 450 2nd Avenue.
