On August 12th Bottlecraft, the beer shop and tasting room with an extensive selection of hard-to-find beers from around the world, is hosting its fourth and final Sour Saturday of the summer at its Little Italy, North Park, and Oceanside locations. Different styles of sour beers have been highlighted at each Sour Saturday and this rendition is focused on true lambics, which originated in Belgium and is brewed with spontaneous fermentation. The Little Italy location is offering a flight of Tilquin, as well as Cantillon bottles for purchase to go. North Park is offering a flight consisting of Lindemans Cuvée René Oude Geuze, Cantillon Grand Cru Bruocsella, and De Ranke Kriek de Ranke, as well as Cantillon bottles for purchase to go. Oceanside is offering a Cantillon flight.
